In Person Birth Doula Support
This is for you if you want someone by your side through every stage of labor, offering calm guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance. You value having a trusted, steady presence who honors your choices, helps you feel informed, and supports your body and instincts throughout birth. You’re looking for a doula who will walk with you through prenatal visits, birth preparation, and labor itself, helping you enter birth feeling confident, grounded, and deeply supported.
What you get.....
4 Prenatal + 1 Postpartum Visit
I really value the in-person time we spend before birth, and these visits are designed to help us build a strong, trusting connection. By the time labor begins, I want us to feel like old friends who know each other well.
Professional Recommendations
I provide trusted guidance on childbirth education, outside referrals, and local professionals who can support your unique birth goals. You’ll also receive a customized resource binder tailored to your needs, so you have reliable information at your fingertips.
General Childbirth Education
You’ll gain a clear understanding of fetal positioning, stages of labor and birth, coping techniques, and what to pack for your birth bag. My goal is to give you the knowledge and tools you need so you can feel confident and informed as labor approaches. We cover everything in a way that feels approachable and tailored to your unique birth plan.
Email, Phone, and Text
You’ll have access to me during business hours for questions, guidance, or reassurance, plus 24/7 support for urgent situations. This way you never feel alone as you prepare for birth or navigate unexpected concerns. You can reach out anytime and know you’ll get thoughtful, timely support.
Ongoing Support
I assist you in exploring your birth preferences, creating a positive environment for labor, and building a strong support team around you. Together, we’ll identify what feels most important to you and ensure you have the guidance to navigate decisions with confidence.
Myth Busting
We’ll discuss common fears and misconceptions, like food and drink during labor or concerns about “big babies,” and separate fact from myth. This helps you feel empowered and confident in your decisions rather than guided by outdated or inaccurate information.
Pricing is offered on a sliding scale, empowering you to choose the option that best fits your financial situation
I donate 10% of my income from Bottle 1 clients to a fund that directly supports low-income and BIPOC families, as part of my commitment to economic equity.

How it works
I use the green bottle sliding scale framework to price my packages equitably. Thank you to Alexis J. Cunningfolk for developing the green bottle method. "For a sliding scale to work it relies on the principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability. I do not ask for income verification. I trust my students and clients to be honest. Community thrives when accountability is a central value, because that is where trust grows and depth work can be done. Teachers deserve to get paid and students deserve classes which recognize the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist." - AJC
