Hourly Rate
Hourly postpartum support is designed for families who are looking for flexible, practical support during the early weeks of parenting. While my postpartum packages focus on nurturing the mother's physical and emotional recovery, hourly support is centered around helping families adjust to life with a new baby through hands-on infant care education, feeding support, emotional reassurance, and light household assistance. This option allows parents to receive support tailored to their unique needs, whether that means caring for baby while they rest, building confidence in newborn care, or having an extra set of experienced hands during a challenging season. My goal is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support that helps your family feel more confident, rested, and cared for.

POSTPARTUM MEAL DELIVERY ($150)
Made-ready, nutrient dense, postpartum healing focused meals dropped off at your door step. Fuel is not included in total pricing (local to 98030 only — all others are .70/mile).
Each drop off includes:

Birth is one of the biggest transformations you will go through in your life — yet often times we forget to pause and honor it. We will spend two hours dedicated to both acknowledging your birth experience and paying reverence to this new version of yourself.
